I'm totally loving this dress. This is ModCloth's Chalk of the Town dress in Streamers. The fabric is I Like You Ric Rac in black by Amy Sedaris. I selected Simplicity 1873 for the pattern. This fabric is printed on the diagonal like this, so you wouldn't need to cut the pieces on the bias.
